This scrapbook page was made using simple dusting and lifting techniques. The cute little folded book keeps and hides all the journaling for the page.

Step 1. Stamp Egypt script on blue cardstock with Perfect Medium. Dust stamped images with Perfect Pearls (gold), using the small brush. Use the large brush to brush of excess powder. Mist with water to set pigments. Tear off approx one inch off the side of the paper and adhere to black cardstock.

Step 2. Stamp fan images along the right side of the black cardstock and follow the same dusting process as in Step 1.
Step 3. Stamp scarab using Perfect Medium onto the black mini book. Emboss with black detail embossing powder.
Step 4. Make paints using Perfect Pearls and water in the mixing pallete. Paint scarab with these paints. Journal inside the book and then tie with gold ribbon.


Step 5. Stamp images (imagine, eye) on blue cardstock with Perfect Medium and emboss with black embossing powder. Adhere papyrus and mini book to the square. Layer on mirror blue cardstock.
Step 6. Layer photographs on mirror blue cardstock and adhere to page.
